Just hear me out…

maybe the bay is more than it seems

maybe it’s more than a collection of dreams

i see now it would be so easy to miss

distance is hard

but this brings me bliss

maybe the bay is calling to me

as i walk the mountain ridge it’s so easy to see

literally —

the view is wide and vast

it reminds me life doesn’t have to be so fast

the sunshine is calling

am i dreaming, am i falling?
